Most simple songs contain just 3 chords – called “primary chords”. Surprisingly, a simple
song which is sung from the heart gives us more pleasure than a complex one which is often influenced
by human artifacts. To help make our situation more tolerable we got in the habit of writing
a new and simple song for each house, and would sing it as we drove there.
