The Gunners had a relatively average season last stem as they appeared to be in a transitional state. It began with people not knowing if the Emirates stadium will be like the fortress Highbury and in a way it was, as they lost only 1 game at home last season and that was fluke to West Ham as they totally dominated the game.
But they had to come from 1 goal deficit, way too many times for comfort. It was not all doom and gloom though as they were able to introduce to the public, yet again, another array of young talent which appears to be never ending from their conveyor belt. The likes of Diaby, Denilson and Walcott had fine seasons.

Not too long ago I took a class that discussed organizational behavior and strategic thinking. In this class my professor conducted an exercise where students in the class were grouped into a scholarship committee whose purpose was to use strategic thinking to budget scholarship money to several incoming freshman. The other students, including myself, represented the freshman who were in the running to receive the scholarship.

Many parents struggle with child custody and visitation issues when one parent is an alcoholic or drug addict. It is a known fact that addicts behavior is detrimental to a child, but the non-addicted parent does not want to ‘take their children away’ from the addicted parent, thinking that it is good for children to know both of their parents.
