A major distinction between Internet business and traditional business
is the way in which customers are handled. Communication online is by
virtue instantaneous, which means customer service issues are often
dealt with in the blink of an eye.

Surveying your customers and prospects can be downright frustrating. Even if you’ve dealt with someone for years in a business relationship, getting them to complete a survey is difficult. Either they don’t have the time and your survey sits on a shelf or is disregarded, or they do not want to part with the answers to your questions.
The questions you ask and how you ask them contribute to the overall success or failure of your surveys. The other is the design and presentation of the survey itself. The following case study deals with the presentation aspect, and how one real estate developer created an enormously successful direct mail survey by thinking outside the box.

After all, won’t advertising and marketing (for which you pay so much for) do the exact same thing? Well, yes and no. In many ways, promotional products do the exactly same job as advertising or marketing. They certainly should be the only way in which you promote your product, business or organisation. However, promotional products and gifts often do work that no other form of advertising and marketing can do, and for these reasons alone, it is crucial for your business to use promotional products to assist in customer retention and also business growth.

What makes up a “Dream Product”?
It would be a product that has everything it takes to make-up a dream product and more-you would be with a single company that has exclusive rights on selling the special formula (talk about an entrepreneur’s dream product!).
It would be unlike vaccinations, which protect you against a specific strain of a germ or virus. It would be a revolutionary product that has been shown to be effective against all pathogens that it has been tested against. Plus, it would be proven by independent researchers that microbes cannot mutate in order to escape being wiped out by it (like they do with vaccinations and antibiotics).

What are you looking for today? If you are looking for disposable socks you can find it online. If you are look for a sandal that sticks to the bottom of your foot without any strap covering the top of your foot such footwear can be found. If you’d like to adopt a wild horse from the government you can do that too.
A quick visit to your favorite search engine will reveal some rather interesting, unusual and sometimes very practical ideas for gifts or for items that may be more personally appreciated.

When answering machines were first introduced it was not uncommon for many individuals to simply hang up and vow never to do business with a company that would be so impersonal as to relegate their concerns to a recording device.
Today even the operator is an antiquated notion in some business as an automated voicing system guides you to the appropriate party to ask a question or voice a concern (even then you can expect to leave a message).
With online business it is possible to conduct business with clients who will never hear your voice. However, that doesn’t mean they aren’t interested in hearing from you.
