According to a survey today 50 to 60 percent of the world’s population is suffering from depression. It is a situation in which a person feel loneliness and negative thoughts come in his mind.
In general depression is the outcome of fast and hectic life in which a person has no tim e to care for his body. Because of depression a person can even think of committing suicide. So it must be treated as soon as possible.
There are different types of treatments available to the individual based on the type of depression. If the depression is moderate, then talking therapy can be used. Talking therapy includes the following types of therapies:

The loss of a job, either voluntarily or involuntarily, by either spouse can put the vow “for better or for worse” to the test - especially if you are not the spouse out of work. Then you are in the uncomfortable position of being affected by the job loss but not being able to do anything about it.
Unemployment (along with death and divorce) rates high on the list as one of life’s top stress-inducing events. Acknowledge, out loud, that it is hard to look for a new position - everybody can use a cheering section. Think about the type of support you would like if the roles were reversed.
